How do I stay informed about restocks and preorders?
To stay updated on restocks and product availability, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter and following our social media channels. These platforms provide real-time updates, ensuring you never miss out on your favorite items.
Why should I preorder with you?
To make sure that we don't cancel your preorders, we will only take preorders once we get confirmation of allocation from our distributors. Preordering early guarantees that your stock and price are locked in as we do adjust prices to match market. We will never cancel your preorder due to increase in market price.
It's after release day. Why hasn't my preorder shipped?
For these instances it could be caused by the manufacturers or shipping delay. At times the manufacturers may encounter a delay from shortage of certain components and will have to delay the street release date, we do try to notify everyone of any adjustments. For shipping delays, couriers can get backed up during the holiday seasons or Japanese products can get caught up at customs.
Are your products authentic?
Yes! All of our products that we sell are authentic. We work with authorized distributors for English products and for Japanese products we have long-term suppliers that we have vetted to ensure the authenticity of the products.
Do you have a storefront?
We are currently online only. With no storefront we're able to reduce overhead cost and provide you with more competitive pricing. We do offer local pick up in a public area and we are located in Jersey Village, TX. With enough scheduling we are available everyday 10a - 10p.
