Business Hours

Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM Central. Inquiries can take up to two business days. Best way to contact us is through our email spoilsandloot@gmail.com.

Do you ship outside the US?

No, we currently only ship to addresses and PO Boxes within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please also check if your order has items labeled with [PREORDER MM/DD/YYYY], as the date is the expected ship date of that item as listed in it's product description. If your order has a mixture of preorder and in stock items or preorder items with different dates, we will ship your order by the latest date, when all items in your order would be in stock.

Ex. If your order has one item for [PREORDER 06/24/2025] and another item for [PREORDER 07/01/2025], we will ship your order by 07/01/2025. If you do not wish to wait, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to ship the items separately.

I'd like to cancel my order.

Cancellations are subjected to a 10% fee as stated in our Cancellation Policy and acknowledged with the checkbox before placing your order.

To proceed, please contact us via the Contact Us form, leaving a message by using the letter icon in the bottom left corner of the website, or by emailing us at spoilsandloot@gmail.com with your order or confirmation number and your cancellation will be processed as soon as possible.

Once you receive a refund notification, it may take your bank up to 10 business days to return your funds.

It's after release day. Why hasn't my preorder shipped?

For these instances it could be caused by the manufacturers or shipping delay. At times the manufacturers may encounter a delay from shortage of certain components and will have to delay the street release date, we do try to notify everyone of any adjustments. For shipping delays, couriers can get backed up during the holiday seasons or Japanese products can get caught up at customs.

Will ordering case size quantities guarantee a sealed case?

Please note that any case size quantities do not guarantee a sealed case unless stated. We also do not double box cases unless the box is in not "durable" box fit to be shipped in.

Are your products authentic?

Yes! All of our products that we sell are authentic. We work with authorized distributors for English products and for Japanese products we have long-term suppliers that we have vetted to ensure the authenticity of the products.

Do you have a storefront?

We are currently online only. With no storefront we're able to reduce overhead cost and provide you with more competitive pricing.

Mixing 'Preorder' with 'In Stock' items

Please do not mix preorder with in stock items if you cannot wait until release date of the preorder item(s) as we ship your order in full.
