Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, excluding final sale items, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

No shrink box

For a refund on no shrink boxes, please record a video of the box and packs opening fully without any edits or cuts in the video. While filming, please do not move any of the contents outside of frame. We also request that you have a timestamp with your order number in the video.

We sell manufacturer-sealed Pokémon Trading Card products. All items are sold in the same sealed condition as received from the manufacturer. We are not responsible for manufacturer-related defects or imperfections in the packaging or contents. These may include, but are not limited to, small tears or rips in the shrink wrap, corner dings, scuffs, dents, scratches, loose or off-center wrapping, or other cosmetic imperfections to the packaging.

The contents of each sealed product are packaged entirely by the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee the condition, quality, collation, or distribution of the cards or other contents inside sealed products. Any manufacturing defects, missing items, damaged contents, or other production-related issues are beyond our control and are not grounds for returns or exchanges.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

 Final sale items such as trading cards (graded and/or ungraded), boosters packs and products containing booster packs (such as elite trainer boxes, booster boxes, booster bundles, collection boxes, etc.), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), blind boxes, blind promo cards/packs, randomly selected items, and open-box products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

 Exchange requests must be made within 10 days after receiving your order. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us so we may ensure your item is still in stock. Once stock is confirmed, we will set aside your item as we wait for your item to be retuned to us. Once received, we will mail out your replacement item. If your item is no longer in stock, we will process a refund when your item is received. Shipping is covered by us only in the instance of a damaged or lost product.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed on our end. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for them to deposit your funds.

All refunds are returned to the original payment method. Transaction fees are non-refundable.

Pricing

Product prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions and other factors. We are unable to offer refunds, credits, or price adjustments for any price changes that may occur after a purchase has been completed.

Preorders/Backorders

Preorder/backorder estimated ship dates are located in the item title and description. These items will ship on or before the estimated ship date. Preorder/backorder items can be delayed due to logistic errors and custom delays. If we expect a delay with your preorder/backorder, we will notify you with a new estimated ship date along with the option to cancel your order or wait.
Preorder estimated ship dates are always subjected to change without notice.
If you include preorder/backorder items in your order, the entire order will be held until all items in your order are in stock.
If you would like to receive each preorder/backorder item at its release/arrival, please place separate orders for each item.

Cancellations

Transaction fees are non-refundable. Cancellations are subjected to a 10% cancellation fee. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged by the payment processor when your order has been paid for. Cancellations cannot be processed once your order has been fulfilled and you receive your shipping confirmation.

The cancellation policy applies to all orders including pre-orders and backorders.

Please reach out to us via email at spoilsandloot@gmail.com, contact us form, or send us a message using the email icon located at the bottom left corner of our website with your order or confirmation number to request a cancellation.

You will receive an order cancellation email as soon as your order is cancelled. Your refund will be processed and you will receive a refund notification email usually within 48 hours. This means we have notified your financial institution to return your funds to you.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for them to deposit your funds after you've received a refund notification email from us.
