Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders, excluding preorders and backorders, are packed and dropped off to the courier within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after placed. Processing time begins the next business day after placing an order. Orders placed after 2 PM are considered as placed on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM, Saturday, or Sunday are considered placed on Monday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Please note paying for faster delivery does not mean we will process your order faster. You are paying for the courier to deliver your package faster after it is dropped off.

We are unable to revise your shipping address once you checkout. Please contact us to cancel your order. It is highly recommended to reorder as soon as possible as stock may become unavailable. 

It is our discretion to request verification before fulfilling your order. We will reach out with instructions and wait for a response, which may delay your processing time.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Express shipping is available upon request. Please contact us for a quote of shipping cost.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

www.spoilsandloot.com ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

It is our discretion to require a signature upon delivery for orders.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

www.spoilsandloot.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

www.spoilsandloot.com is not liable for any lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

The packaging (outer wrap, cardboard box, box sleeve, or metal tin) of your product is intended to protect the contents during shipment. It is normal for packages to experience some wear and tear during the shipping process and we cannot guarantee the packaging will be undamaged upon delivery. 

Final sale items cannot be returned for a refund due to box or outer wrap damage.

Preorder and Backorder Policy

Estimated Delivery Dates are inaccurate when ordering preorder or backorder items since we will only ship out your order when all the items are in stock.

If your order contains a mixture of in stock, preorder, and/or backorder items and you do not wish to wait, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to ship items separately. 

Any preorder items with prices at $0.00  and "sold out" are placeholders. Preorders have not been dropped yet and are not actually sold out.

Preorder

Items for preorder are titled as shown: [PREORDER SHIP BY MM/DD/YYYY] Product Name

The date is when the item is expected to ship by, as listed in it's product description. If your order has a mixture of preorder and in stock items or preorder items with different dates, we will ship your order by the latest date, when all items in your order would be in stock.

Ex. If your order has one item for [PREORDER SHIP BY 06/24/2025] and another item for [PREORDER SHIP BY 07/01/2025], we will ship your order by 07/01/2025.

If you do not wish to wait, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to ship the items separately.

Release Day

Some preorder items MAY NOT ship until after the official release date. Due to logistics and/or customs delays, we sometimes receive products after it's official release, especially with foreign products. We have estimated the product's delivery within the shown preorder title. 

We will notify you if we expect a delay with your preorder. Preorder release dates are always subjected to change without notice.

Backorder

Items for backorder are titled as shown: [BACKORDER SHIP BY MM/DD/YYYY] Product Name

Backorder items follow the same shipping procedures as Preorder Items. 

Ex. If your order has one item for [BACKORDER SHIP BY 06/24/2025] and another item for [PREORDER SHIP BY 07/01/2025], we will ship your order by 07/01/2025.
